KVKK Clarification Text

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), PMV Ltd. acts as Data Controller for personal data obtained during sales, aftersales and marketing operations.

1. Purposes of Processing

  • Executing spare part sales, export procedures, invoicing and aftersales services.
  • Managing supplier and customer relations, technical support tickets and warranty processes.
  • Carrying out marketing communications, event invitations and product updates where consent exists.

2. Legal Grounds & Methods

  • Your data is collected through digital forms, emails, phone communications and contractual documents.
  • Processing relies on legal bases such as explicit consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interest and legal obligations.

3. Rights Under KVKK

  • You may apply to privacy@pmvsol.com to learn whether your data is processed, request correction, deletion or lodge an objection.
  • Applications are evaluated within 30 days. Should you remain unsatisfied you can escalate to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
